Astra Academy is a new network of private middle/highschools seeking to reimagine education to better prepare kids for an AI-driven future. Over the course of a 4-month engagement, I partnered with the founders to build comprehensive marketing, brand and GTM strategies from scratch. Defined core audience focus, competitive positioning, brand strategy and identity, naming, thought-leadership approach, channel strategy, and operations approach. Defined and established priority advertising channels and website.
